Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST are processed the same business day.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will be processed on the following business day.
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on the destination and product availability.
United States: 7–10 business days
International: 10–14 business days
Please note that these timeframes are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, including carrier delays, customs clearance, holidays, severe weather, or periods of high shipping volume.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to update after shipment. It is normal for tracking activity to be limited during the initial stages of transit.
Multiple Shipments
Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately to ensure the fastest possible delivery.
If your order is shipped in multiple packages, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
International Orders & Customs
For international shipments, customs duties, import taxes, and other applicable fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Customs processing times vary by country and may occasionally result in delivery delays beyond our control.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly and completely at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
If an order is returned because of an address error, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the package.
Delayed or Lost Packages
If your order appears delayed, please allow the full estimated delivery window to pass before contacting us.
Most delayed shipments are successfully delivered shortly after the estimated timeframe.
